Functieomschrijving

You prepare daily damage estimates, taking into account the customer's quality expectations and feasible repair methods in consultation with the repair manager.
Follow up on vehicles throughout the entire VPC process.
Daily communication with the internal claims expert and the repair manager.
Contact with the external claims expert in case of disputes.
Regular evaluation and adjustment of lead times (for estimates and repairs) in cooperation with management.

You work accurately and ensure correct and complete preparation of damage estimates. You act responsibly and actively follow up on cases until full resolution.
Excel
Knowledge of bodywork repair techniques is definitely a plus.
Eurotax or Dialogis is an advantage.
You speak Dutch and English to communicate fluently.
