Functieomschrijving

Serve as the operational link between the construction site and the project management team
Work closely with the project manager
Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities to ensure smooth and timely execution
Manage day-to-day logistics, including material deliveries and subcontractor scheduling
Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve maximum efficiency and quality output
Monitor project timelines and make sure all deadlines are met
Uphold safety standards and ensure all work is performed according to quality guidelines
Actively participate in site meetings to stay aligned with project goals
Communicate regularly with the (assistant) project manager on technical progress, staffing, and administrative matters
Ensure full project delivery up to provisional handover and provide follow-up through to final completion

A bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering or brings at least 5 years of proven experience as a site supervisor in structural works with building
Strong technical knowledge of structural construction and proven people leadership skills
A flexible mindset and the perseverance to deliver high-quality results
A proactive, curious attitude with a knack for problem-solving and taking initiative
Solid command of English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
A valid category B driving license
