Description

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests
Process orders and ensure timely delivery coordination
Follow up on customer issues and provide proactive updates
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, technical support)
Maintain accurate records in CRM and reporting systems

Profiel

Has excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
Works well under pressure and solves problems proactively
Is customer-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
Has previous experience in customer service or order handling
Is organized, detail-oriented and a true team player

Kostenramingen opstellen Technische en commerciële gegevens overmaken aan klanten, verkopers, ... (planning, prijs, betaling, ...)

Vereiste studies

Professionele bachelor
Gelijkwaardig door ervaring
