Are you analytical and customer-focused? As a Collections Specialist, you'll ensure smooth payment follow-up, accurate bookings, and provide reporting support to strengthen cashflow.

Our client is an international player with a strong presence in the EMEA region. Known for their innovative products and professional work environment, they are currently looking for a Collections Specialist to join their Credit & Collections team in Antwerp.

This is a temporary contract until January 2026 (possible extension)

Omschrijving

Process and book incoming payments in SAP on a daily basis
Follow up on unclear or misallocated payments
Proactively contact customers regarding outstanding receivables
Prepare and send account statements and dunning letters
Support the team with reporting and data analysis

Profiel

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
Experience in B2B Collections or Customer Service
Fluent in Dutch & German, with good command of English
Strong communication skills: both tactful and result-driven
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage

Vereiste studies

Academische bachelor
