Functieomschrijving

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Create a network of new customers in specific geographical areas (Italy)

· Conduct in-depth market research and create a potential customer list

· Initiate first contact with potential customers and develop relationships with them.

· Travel regularly to visit customers, potential customers and attend relevant trade exhibitions a

· Interact with the customers and respond promptly to inquiries and requests about our products

· Manage your customers' accounts in close contact with our customer support.

· Provide pricing and delivery information

· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

· Perform periodic account reviews.

· Take action to generate revenues.

Profiel

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Education and Experience:

· Experience in B-to-B Sales is an advantage.

· Good knowledge of Sales principles and practices

· High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, social media.

· Experience in the diamond industry is an advantage.

Skills:

· Communication skills: Fluent in English + Basic knowledge Italian

· Experienced Sales Skill.

· Adaptability, initiative, responsible, listening skills

· Friendly and respectful.

· Stress tolerance.

· Attention to detail and accuracy.

· Data collection and ordering.

· Willing to travel regularly within Europe to visit customers, potential customers
