Are you ready for a new challenge in a dynamic and crucial environment within ECS? Then the role of Equipment Officer might be just the thing for you!

- You have strong communication skills, enabling you to respond quickly to drivers' questions.
- You are a real problem solver. You organise and follow up on vehicle problems and breakdowns, both in Belgium and internationally.
- You ensure that reports concerning maintenance and repairs of container chassis and trailers are followed up in a timely manner and that the equipment arrives in Zeebrugge at the right time.
- You draw up specifications and provide a clear estimate of the work involved.
- You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades, supporting the team with administration and helping out where necessary.
- You have an eye for detail, so our ECS car parks and their availability hold no secrets for you.
- You have a flexible attitude, so it is no problem for you to take care of coding and checking invoices when your colleague is absent

Full-time employment with working days from 10h00 – 18h00

Working place: Karveelstraat 5, Zeebrugge

Profiel

- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You speak fluent Dutch and English and have a basic knowledge of French.
- You like to roll up your sleeves and think in terms of solutions, not problems.
- You are assertive and have strong communication skills. You dare to take initiative, communicate clearly and know how to get people on board.
- You work in a goal-oriented manner, with an eye for detail and a drive to get things done.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office and are familiar with digital tools.
- Interested in mechanics? That's a bonus and will help you quickly understand the technical context.
