Planner Continent

As a Transport Planner, you play a crucial role in creating efficient routes and schedules within our ECS software application. Join our team and contribute to delivering optimal and cost-conscious transport solutions that keep our customers satisfied!

What do we expect from you?
• You prioritize customer needs and optimize transport assignments by improving combinations and routing.
• You ensure cost-effective (pre)planning (mainly for BE/FR/IT) to guarantee efficiency.
• Handling remarks and resolving issues is a continuous task that you process accurately in the software application.
• You are administratively strong and handle tasks with great precision and efficiency.
• You’re a true team player! Smooth, goal-oriented, and accurate communication with team members, other departments, and external parties is part of your responsibilities.


Working hours
• During your training period, you’ll work day shifts from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Afterwards, you’ll participate in a rotating shift system:
o Week 1: 8 AM to 4:06 PM
o Week 2: 10 AM to 6:06 PM
• Willingness to take on standby duties in the evenings and weekends (on a rotating basis with colleagues).
