As a Customer Service Representative:

• You balance customer expectations, commercial goals, and operational processes in an international setting. You take ownership, recognize opportunities, and turn ideas into action
• Act as the main point of contact for our Italian and Romanian customers: resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure careful follow-up.
• Strengthen service quality: collect feedback, identify inefficiencies, and explain our way of working clearly to customers.
• Safeguard financial flow: support payment follow-up, handle invoice questions, and clarify tax-related topics together with our credit team.
• Stay focused and organized: manage shifting priorities in a fast-moving, detail-oriented environment.
