Technical Internal Sales

In this role you will support the Business Development Department by handling client requests, preparing and following up on quotations, and ensuring smooth and timely process from inquiry to order.

Your role:
As Technical Internal Sales, you handle technical client inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and support account managers in turning opportunities into orders. You ensure fast, accurate and customer-focused communication through the sales process. Your responsibilities include:

• Process and assess client requests in coordination with account managers;
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations;
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers;
• Monitor delivery status and manage order follow-up;
• Maintain clear communication with clients by phone and email;
• Support invoice preparation and margin monitoring;
• Track lost orders and share insights;
• Assist with tenders and technical support for the Turbocharger department;
• Monitoring the offer process on response time, quality and customer friendliness;
• Supporting the Turbocharger department with T/C cases and coordinating tender for parts and services.
