Costs (port) labor

• Monitoring of cost allocation.

• Checking declarations/invoices.

• Supervising the data flow process up to final invoicing.

• Invoice verification.

Purchasing

• Entering and coding invoices in the financial system.

• Following up on payment approvals by responsible persons.

Sales

• Preparing invoices in the ERP system based on information from various departments.

Communication

• Communicating with different departments to obtain necessary information and/or documents timely and accurately.

• Responding to questions from customers and suppliers.

Analysis

• Optimizing analytical cost allocation.

• Performing ad hoc analyses.
