SENIOR MAINTENANCE OFFICER

Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all maintenance and repair operations. Provide technical support, manage contractors, and contribute to asset management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Quality Control:

• Oversee repairs, servicing, and inspections
• Liaise with contractors and resolve technical issues
• Approve invoices and ensure compliance with standards

Technical Support:

• Assist with safety documentation and digital systems (Dynamics)
• Guide staff and contractors on procedures
• Participate in performance reviews and emergency support

Asset Management:

• Conduct inspections and energy surveys
• Report on findings and suggest improvements

Project Coordination:

• Manage service contracts and insurance claims
• Approve tenant alterations

General Duties:

• Attend meetings and support ad hoc technical tasks
