Functieomschrijving

As a Financial Assistant, you will be responsible for the daily administrative and financial follow-up within the company. You’ll work closely with the accountant and the Operations team, providing practical and financial support across various departments.

Your main responsibilities:
Processing invoices and customer balances
Following up with suppliers and supporting facility administration
Checking invoices and working with Excel applications
Performing hands-on administrative tasks (no extensive reporting – this is done by the accountant/HQ)
Providing broad team support, including practical ad hoc tasks such as placing orders and handling small organizational matters

Profiel

Profile

Junior level, ideally holding a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Logistics Management with a solid understanding of financial principles
Affinity with the logistics or maritime sector is a plus
Hands-on, assertive, and able to multitask effectively
English proficiency is essential; Dutch is not required

Vereiste studies

Graduaat (Hoger beroepsonderwijs)
Gelijkwaardig door ervaring

Offer

Interim contract of 3 months with the possibility of a permanent position (temp-to-perm)
Flexible working hours: between 8:30–9:00 and 17:00–17:30
Option to work 4/5 schedule, remote work only by exception
Salary: starting from €2,800 gross for junior profiles (depending on experience)
