Looking for a Customer Service Spanish/English professional to join a international company located in Berchem. In this role, you will ensure excellent service, correct order processing and provide support to customers in both Spanish and English.

Description

As a Customer Service Spanish/English your responsibilities are:

Respond to customer inquiries via email
Provide first contact with internal customers and external customers concerning orders, returns, shipments and products
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Registering/administrating sales orders, including invoicing.
Registering return orders, including crediting.
Call customers or sales when necessary to advise shipments delay and/or information necessary to process orders
Support the Sales organization by being the central contact person between the plant, the warehouse, the shipping dept. and the customer
Drive solutions
Monitor backorders and make changes to or cancel orders/backorder
Initiate orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors (shortages, wrong item shipped, etc.)
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
Obtain customer feedback information
Dispute logging and solving
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Profiel

A successful Customer Service Spanish/English should have:

Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You take ownership
Stong teamplayer
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of SAP = nice to have
