• Good physical condition to perform hands-on tasks.
• Technical education (e.g., automotive mechanics, maintenance, or similar).
• Experience in sectors such as trucks, agricultural machinery, or construction equipment.
• Flexibility regarding working hours, overtime, and weekend work.
• Willingness to participate in training and development programs.
• In positions of a valid driver’s license.
