Solving small electrical and big mechanical defaults.
Checking silos.
Setting parameters according to the production process
Control of production parameters: temperature, speed, efficiency, ...
Anticipation on and correction of irregularities and deviations in the production process
Manually cleaning the different parts of the machines.
Correct interpretation of planning and work schedules
Replacing parts of production machines
Proposing, developing and implementing improvement actions with a view to a smoothly running production process.
Taking care of a safe and tidy workplace
Reporting findings relating to safety, quality, delivery time and yield

Onderdelen, machine-uitrustingen, … monteren of demonteren
De productiegegevens selecteren en de parameters instellen (hoeveelheid, dosering, mengeling, ...)
Toezicht houden op de parameters van een productielijn vanuit een controlekamer en indien nodig aanpassen
Toezicht houden op het functioneren van de machines en toestellen en indien nodig eenvoudige interventies uitvoeren
De opslag van grondstoffen organiseren (indeling van de silo's, ...)
De instellingen van de machines (kleppen, vijzels, ...), controleautomaten of meetapparaten aanpassen
