Construction Planner (Petrochemical Industry)⚗️
For a major industrial investment project within the petrochemical sector, we are looking for an experienced Construction Planner🚧👷 ♀️ to join a large-scale project team.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve project planning and scheduling systems.
- Build and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera.
- Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Support Construction Managers with planning expertise and schedule recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with commissioning teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to start-up and operations.
- Monitor schedule performance and provide regular progress reporting to management.
- Evaluate planning data and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Participate in schedule risk analyses and forecasting activities.
- Contribute to consolidated project reports, forecasts, and management presentations.
- Capture and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and planning dashboards for project stakeholders.
Your Profile
✅ Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or a related discipline.
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Heavy Industrial sector.
✅ Experience working on large-scale or mega projects.
✅ Strong knowledge of Primavera P6.
✅ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
✅ Fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
✅Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
✅Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary project environment.
