Functieomschrijving

As a Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for both the design and implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers.

Analyze customer requirements, operational data and logistics flows
Design efficient warehouse processes, layouts and automation concepts
Develop pricing models, cost calculations and business cases
Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposals
Manage implementation projects from concept to go-live
Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and external stakeholders
Monitor project scope, budget, planning and operational readiness
Ensure a successful start-up and smooth transition into daily operations
Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
Support business development activities and participate in customer meetings and negotiations.

Profiel

Your profile:

Minimum 5 years of experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
Strong analytical skills with experience in cost calculations, productivity analyses, process design and ROI assessments
Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
Team player with leadership capabilities
Excellent command of English
Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an asset
Willingness to travel internationally when required, including longer project assignments abroad (+-3 months).
