Are you detail-oriented and passionate about international logistics? As a Documentation Specialist, you ensure that all transport documents are prepared, processed, and managed accurately and on time. You work closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support the smooth flow of international shipments. Thanks to your precision and structured approach, logistics operations run efficiently without documentation issues.

As a Documentation Specialist you'll be responsible for the following:

You are responsible for preparing shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, COO, Insurance certificates, etc.;
You check documents and ensure accurate administration;
You maintain contacts with shipping agencies, the internal network, carriers, and customers;
You provide excellent customer service and follow-up;
You work very accurately and are used to working under time pressure.

Profiel

Our new Documentation Specialist has at least 2 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding.

You also recognize yourself in following aspects:

You have strong documentation and Letter of Credit knowledge;
You are familiar with Incoterms;
Computer literacy: MS-Office
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken);
You are willing to come to the office daily (remote work is not possible);
You work accurately and organized
Stress-resistant and can work under time pressure;
You communicate easily with colleagues and customers.
