Our client is an important player in the maritime industry and are internationally active. They are located in Zwijndrecht.

Jobomschrijving

As a Temporary Executive Assistant (80%) you will be the righthand of the head of department.

You have an important role within the company: - Complex diary and travel management- Preparing for meetings (including PowerPoint presentations), taking minutes and drafting reports- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders- Organising events- Managing the mailbox and acting as the first point of contact by telephone- Keeping the database up to date- Onboarding new colleagues

Profiel

- You have experience in a similar role- You are available to start this project immediately (from late September until the end of April 2027)- You communicate fluently in English and are able to have conversations in Dutch- You work in a structured manner, are organised and are a hands-on person- You are discreet and meticulous- You enjoy communicating with various internal and external stakeholders
