Your position:

Supporting the Payroll Lead in ensuring accurate, timely and compliant payroll operations across the countries where CLdN operates.
Playing a key role in the execution, control and continuous improvement of payroll processes.
Independently managing end-to-end payroll activities for assigned countries.
Taking ownership of international payroll operations when required.

Minimum 5 years of payroll experience, preferably in an international or multi-country environment.
Solid understanding of payroll operations, tax legislation, social security regulations and labour law requirements.
Proven ability to independently manage payroll processes and complex payroll cases.
Experience working with external payroll providers and HRIS/payroll systems.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders across different countries.
Proven ability to independently manage payroll processes and complex payroll cases.

Proactive, reliable and solution-oriented mindset and stakeholder management skills.
Strong communication skills, with fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
You meet the requirements for a legally required positive safety assessment for critical port roles.
